What are the Insurance Requirements?
Tri-Star will require proof of Insurance for your stored item, please bring a copy of your insurance declaration page for our system.
What happens if my item is damaged inside of a Tri-Star facility?
Tri-Star will take steps to ensure your item is cared for carefully. We have installed security/ camera systems to protect us and our customers. If there is ever an issue with your stored item, a manager will gladly get involved to assist. Our policy would be that we would cover any damaged caused by one of our staff in our facility. We would either repair the damage or pay the insurance deductible which ever is more effective for Tri-Star of Knoxville.
Can I go get to my stored item?
Tri-Star will allow customers to there stored items on a case by case, although customers are not allowed to be inside of the storage warehouse without permission and hosted by a staff member. Customers are never allowed to move/retrieve stored Boats, Campers, RV,s, Trailers. We will move these items to our dedicated pickup area for all customers. When you are finished you will leave your item in the customer drop off area for us to return to your dedicated storage spot.
Can I store my Boat, Camper, RV, Vehicle, Trailer in your facility?
All Stored equipment is owned by you as the customer, all must be no taller than 12'10" tall and no longer than 50Ft in length including the trailer.
Do you offer Military and or First Responder discounts for storage?
Tri-Star is proud to offer discounts on a monthly rate of 5 % by showing proof of active service and or proof of employment as a first responder.
Do you have a drop off and pick up area?
Tri-Star has a dedicated area for both pick-up and delivery of your item.
Can I add power to my stored item?
Tri-Str does have the option to do this, Just ask and we do our best to accomidate your request.
Is your storage facility climate controlled?
Our dedicated inside storage space is not only over 60,000 square feet it is heated as well.
Do I leave a key to my stored item?
Tri-Star will not need a key to your item, we are happy to keep one for you in case you loose yours, but we do not require it.
Can I store my Auto / Classic / Vintage car?
Tri-Stat has a dedicated area for autos/ vintage and show cars, this area is dedicated and we do allow the owner to retrieve on a case by case and is also required to be accompanied by a Tri-Str staff person.
What is the policy for after hours access?
Tri-Star hours are posted at each location, we can arrange for "White Glove" services for after hours but we have a secure area for our guest to leave the equipment after business hours and lock them up for us to place inside during the next business day. White Glove services would have a added fee if applicable.
Can I store my daily work vehicle at Tri-Star?, The Answer is yes, we have a solution for this as well.
How do i get my item?
To retrieve your item either email your details to info@tristarstorage.net or call 865.999.8050 to schedule.
Please allow up to 4 hours notice or drop ins are welcome during office hours on a first come first serve basis.
